On my list of things to do this year: sign up for a photography workshop. (Check)
Emily Steffen likes to knit. She also likes calling people dear. She’s a lovable photographer that’s created a successful business by picking and choosing her battles wisely. And I got to pick her brain for two days straight along with twelve other attendees. The best part, we got to shoot an amazing setup crafted by some pretty talented people.
Oh, and the couple… Elliott & Kayla were models. Well, they should be. During the ‘reception’ at the shoot, Emily directed them to pretend to dance. With no music they started swaying and began to hum the song they danced to on their wedding day. I recognized the song immediately and in true Hannah fashion blurted out “Oh my gosh! Is that the Frames?!” I just realized I interrupted a rather intimate moment, but Elliott turned around and shouted back “Yeah! It is!” My kind of couple. They were so cute I almost couldn’t handle it, so so so in love.
So, enjoy a little love in the middle of a cold and blustery January.

Shandi - Amazing Hannah. Oh and please tell me you got to eat those chocolate whoopie pies?! Love those. But seriously, back to the photos, they look completely perfect. Those two are adorable people as it is, but even down to the place settings and receptions shots, they just all are great!
Emily steffen - Holy moly Hannah! Love your deails shots and the individual shots of Elliott and Kayla!!!
